The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

i had a really really nice experience here, everything was excellent, the location was beautiful just next door to the centrum of utrecht as well as the city's centre with all restaurants. the folks were excellent. the service was excellent, that made the hotel pretty standard place. i enjoyed the stay.

Good standard accommodation with fantastic setting not far from the Jaarbeurs Congres center, restaurants, shops and atractions and shops being around the corner. Private parking onsite provided. Simply no complaint, really really nice stay.

The room was beautifully decorated with a super comfy bed and amazing city views. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering coffee or tea upon arrival. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city center.

The noise was a bit too much for a good night's sleep, with church bells and early morning truck unloading waking me up both mornings. The stairs were also extremely narrow and steep, which could be challenging for some guests.

The room at Cozy Pillow was incredibly comfortable and clean. The shower was amazing and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to the train station. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a good location, close to the city center and to the transport stations. During my Christmas stay, they offered complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby and a cozy fire in the fireplace. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. I also liked the fact that they had a mini-fridge in the room and a TV with many channels to choose from.

The stairs to the room were steep and narrow, which made it difficult to carry our luggage up and down. The noise level was high, with the sounds from the busy street and the church bells that rang every 15 minutes, throughout the night, disturbing our sleep.
